Custom Yacht &
Superyacht Fender
Covers

The standard of fit and finish on deck should extend to every fender hanging over the side. FenderSox™ bespoke neoprene covers are engineered for the demands of serious vessels — precision-cut, custom-branded, and delivered to the specification a yacht of that caliber demands.

We work directly with captains, chief officers, yacht management companies, and refit yards. No retail catalog. No universal sizing. Every cover is made to the exact fender model and brand specifications aboard your vessel.

Who We Work With

Built for the Professionals Who Maintain These Vessels

Captains & Chief Officers

We work directly with working captains who are responsible for maintaining a vessel's presentation at the highest level. One point of contact, no middleman, and a finished product that reflects the standard you hold everything else to.

Yacht Management Companies

Fleet-wide programs for management companies maintaining multiple vessels. Standardized dielines, consistent branding across the fleet, and consolidated ordering — all handled from a single account.

Refit Yards & Refit Managers

Fender cover programs integrated into full refit specifications. We deliver directly to the yard, coordinate with your project manager, and can match any existing brand standard or create a new one from scratch.

Superyacht & Large Inflatable Fenders

Inflatable Superyacht Fender Covers

Superyachts commonly deploy large cylindrical and spherical inflatable fenders — Polyform, Trelleborg, Taylor Made, or custom marine-grade inflatables — that measure anywhere from 18 inches to over 48 inches in diameter. At that scale, a universal sleeve is not a solution.

We engineer flat patterns for large-format inflatables using the fender's published dimensions or, where tolerances demand it, by physical measurement. The neoprene is cut to those exact specifications, installed deflated, and inflated to a molded, seamless fit. The result holds its shape at the dock and at anchor, in open ocean chop or calm Mediterranean water.

Logo placement is precisely positioned on the finished pattern — not eyeballed onto a cover that already exists. Your yacht's name or crest appears exactly where you specify, at the scale you specify, on every fender in the set.

Sailing Yachts

Sailing Yacht Fender Covers

Sailing yachts present a specific set of demands: hull-friendly materials that won't mark gelcoat, covers that stay put in surge, and a clean, unadorned look that doesn't compete with the vessel's lines. FenderSox™ are designed to meet all three.

The neoprene cushions contact between the fender and hull without the abrasion risk of bare rubber fenders sitting directly against gelcoat or paint. The precision fit means there's no loose material to shift, bunch, or work its way into the wrong position overnight.

For sailing yachts, we cover the full range of Polyform A-Series and F-Series, Taylor Made G-Series, and custom inflatables. Solid colors — white, navy, dark charcoal — are the most common choice for sailing yacht clients who prefer a low-profile result.

Preferred finishes

Motor Yachts & Superyachts

Motor Yacht Fender Covers

Motor yachts from 40 to 140 feet require fender programs at a corresponding scale — matched sets, consistent branding, and a finished appearance that holds up in any marina in the world.

For motor yachts in the 40–65 foot range, we typically work with Taylor Made G-Series and NF-Series, Polyform F-Series and G-Series, or equivalent European inflatables. For vessels above 65 feet, large-format inflatable programs are usually specified — cylindrical side fenders, bow fenders, and stern fenders, each precision-cut from its own pattern.

We can produce a complete matched set — every fender aboard — from a single design specification. Covers are delivered in uniform packaging, labeled by position if required, and can be phased into a refit schedule or ordered ahead of a season.

Yacht Branding Program

Custom Branding for Captains, Crew, and Fleets

Every FenderSox™ yacht cover can carry your vessel's full brand identity — name, logo, port of registry, flag colors, or management company mark. The design is approved by you as a full digital mockup before a single piece of neoprene is cut.

Yacht Name

The vessel name rendered in your chosen typeface, at your specified size and position. We digitize and proof every name before cutting.

Yacht Logo or Crest

Full-color logo or crest placed to exact position. Vector file preferred; we can digitize from a high-resolution photograph if needed.

Port of Registry

Port name, flag state, or hull number — common on charter vessels and those flying under specific registries.

Crew Colors

Background color matched to uniform colors, flag colors, or hull livery. We match Pantone, RAL, or provide a swatch library for selection.

Management Company Branding

Fleet-wide covers that carry the management company's mark alongside the vessel name — standardized across every vessel in the program.

Custom Artwork

Original artwork, nautical motifs, or commission-specific designs. Our in-house design team works from a brief or approved art file.
