1. Products and Custom Orders
All FenderSox™ covers are custom-manufactured to order. Because each cover is individually patterned and produced to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders once production has begun. Standard color covers may be eligible for exchange if received damaged — contact us within 7 days of delivery.
2. Payment
Custom orders are invoiced after design approval. Payment is due before production begins. Standard covers are charged at the time of order. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Flexifabrics never stores your payment card information.
3. Lead Times and Shipping
Standard lead time is 3 weeks from payment confirmation. Rush production may be available — contact us prior to ordering. Flexifabrics ships via UPS and FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for carrier delays once a shipment has been tendered.
4. Warranty
Every FenderSox™ cover carries a 3-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal marine use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or abrasion from rough dock surfaces. To make a warranty claim, contact adam@flexifabrics.com with your order reference and photos of the defect.
5. Intellectual Property
FenderSox™ is a trademark of Flexifabrics. All dieline patterns, design templates, and website content are proprietary. You warrant that any logos or artwork submitted for printing are owned by you or you have the right to use them commercially. Flexifabrics is not liable for trademark infringement resulting from customer-submitted artwork.
6. Limitation of Liability
Flexifabrics' liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable product. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages of any kind.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Palm Beach County, Florida.
