Before a single piece of neoprene is cut, we work from a proprietary dieline engineered for your exact fender brand and size — not a generic template stretched to fit.

The dieline above is the actual flat pattern for the Polyform US F-5 fender — one of hundreds of proprietary templates in our library. Each model requires its own unique pattern accounting for exact body diameter, length, taper, and end cap curvature.
